Agents with the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force have arrested a Florence man after they executed a search warrant at 658 West Mobile Street.
The search warrant was obtained due to the drug dealing activities of a suspect that resides at the residence. A search of the residence on September 4th revealed Marijuana, Cocaine, and approximately 1000 Fentanyl pills. The pills weighed approximately 100 grams.
Agents located various pieces of paraphernalia including necessary items used for distributing or concealing drugs. The street value of the drugs seized is
approximately $12,000.
52 year old Napoleon Ragland has been arrested and charged with Trafficking in Fentanyl, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Agencies assisting the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force during this investigation were the Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team, Florence Police Department, Lauderdale County Sheriff’s
Office, Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office, and DEA.
Additional charges and offenders are expected. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
