MOULTON – The Lawrence County Sheriffs Office is currently looking for David Alan Wright. Wright was in jail for Kidnapping and giving false information to Law Enforcement. The Kidnapping charge stemmed from holding one of his roommates against their will and threatening to harm them. The victim in this case has been notified.
The inmate managed to scale the razor wire fence upon conclusion of exercise around 1:30 pm Saturday. The inmate was not noticed missing until feeding time around 4:30. If you know of the whereabouts of Wright please contact 911.
