From Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville: Otis Leon Head, age 78 of Tuscumbia, died Saturday, August 12, 2023.
He was preceded in death his parents, Otis M. Head & Hattie Lee Davis Head.
He is survived by his son, Bart Head (wife, Robbi); daughter, Tina Rich (husband, Roger); grandchildren & great-grandchildren, Cody Kent, Brent Head, Lindsay Kent, Baylee Kent, Sydney Head, Dustin Kent, Brooklyn Kent, Lillie Ray, Adam Ray, Luka Taylor; sister, Brenda Willis; and a host of friends.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. James Waddell officiating the service. The burial will be at New Bethel Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Cody Kent, Brent Head, and Dustin Kent. The honorary pallbearer will be Pete Bates.
