On November 10th 2024 at approximately 11:16 AM, the Florence Police Department received a call for service regarding a pedestrian struck at Helton Drive and Huntsville Road.
When officers arrived, a male was discovered to be deceased from being struck by a vehicle. The vehicle stayed on scene to speak to law enforcement.
There are no charges being filed at this time. The male’s name is not being released at this time pending family notification.
