The Russellville Police Department reports widespread power outages across the city. Russellville Electric Board is aware of it, and they will be moving to restore power as quickly as possible.
The department reminds everyone that if you come to an intersection with inoperable traffic lights, you should stop and treat it like a stop sign. Please use caution if you have to travel.
Watch for power lines around any downed trees, and do not approach them. If you come across any, report them to Russellville Police at 256-332-2230.
