Many residents along River Road on Colbert County are spending Thanksgiving without water due to a break in the water main.
Colbert County Commissioner Tommy Barnes said crews have been sent to make the necessary repairs. Barnes added a thank you to the water department employees who are working on the holiday in order to restore service.
No estimates have been given yet on when service will be restored.
